Unable to get updates

after installation and Direct X installation, I get this message when the insttalion try to get an update:

Hi Fulvio,

Unfortunately our server config has a few issues triggered by the surge in demand for the free P-40. The current COVID-19 panedemic is slowing tech response by our web host so we're working to get greater remote control over the server config meaning we're not so dependent on the onsite guys.
