Hello guys,
simple question as I couldn’t figure it out from the Product Descriptions. But,
if you are planning on using only the L-049 for P3Dv5, does it benefit from Accu-Feel? Or is that for different products?
Thanks....

Re: Accu-Feel v5
Hello MD-82,
No - the Connie won't really benefit from Accu-Feel as it's already a full Accu-Sim product. Instead, Accu-Feel is intended to provide a small taste of Accu-Sim effects (for example sounds and vibrations) for default aircraft and those from other developers.
Thanks,
Nick

Thanks for the reply. Much appreciated...

Is it so ? in my mind when engines simulation is limited then it is not full accu sim, but maybe it is just me.Nick - A2A wrote: ↑15 Jul 2020, 09:24 Hello MD-82,

I thought the Connie was fully simulated. I know it lacked the maintenance hanger like the GA fleet but I thought engines were fully modeled?Artur wrote: ↑15 Jul 2020, 10:31Is it so ? in my mind when engines simulation is limited then it is not full accu sim, but maybe it is just me.Nick - A2A wrote: ↑15 Jul 2020, 09:24 Hello MD-82,

Re: Accu-Feel v5
The Coniie engines are based on Accu-SIm v2 SP2, which is a highly updated version of the accusim system we used to build the first B377. We did build deeper into the engine with accusim v2 used in our GA and Warbirds however. This was largely done this way because of 4 engines needing to be modeled compared to one.
As Nick said, AccuFeel isn't needed as we tuned the Connie's physics the best we could with all of the tech we had at our disposal.

Why B17 as 4 engine plane was fully simulated ( engines ) and Connie not ?

Re: Accu-Feel v5
I’m guessing because the B17 lacked the captain of the ship addon so they did the engine maintenance instead.

Re: Accu-Feel v5
Yes indeed, the B-17 is a different branch of the software altogether with zero civvy stuff in there for the commercial airlines bits we added to the Captain of the Ship products.
