Runway Crowns

Many runways are "crowned" (i.e. higher elevation down the centerline than the edges) to aid in drainage. The crown adds a quite noticeable uphill-hump-downhill effect when crossing some runways, especially in larger and heavier aircraft. Obviously this is beyond the capabilities of visual presentation in FSX, but could the effect be added to Accu-Feel?
