That's Tom Stovall's excellent "Iwo Jima 1945 Updated" scenery. I grabbed my copy from SimOuthouse.com in their FSX scenery library.

Tom also has the companion scenery "Chi-Chi Jima 1945", uploaded over there as well.

Lets see, REX for the sky textures, FEX for water and clouds textures with Flight Sim Water Configurator, GEX NA with Ultimate Terrain X USA and Scenery Tech NA for the ground, AS2012 for the weather engine and Gizmo's Shade, fly'n out of KBGR Bangor.

With the new texture pack in conjunction with the environment map from avsim (thanks to Tim-HH for the tip) the modern day Moonbeam McSwine should really be shiny enough for anybody. Beautiful!
