I was asked to do this one:

My apologies, but since getting VR it's such a pain firing up P3D for a couple of screen shots. I've resorted to using ModelConverterX. :)

And now, a potted history:

This P-51D-30NA came off the assembly line in 1944 with the USAAF S/N of 44-75007. Little is known about it's war, post war history. In 1966, 44-75007 was restored and converted to "Cavalier" by EAA Warbirds of America Hall of Fame inductee, David Lindsay, Cavalier Aircraft Corp. From 1973 thru 1976 44-75007 raced at Reno as Race #96, owned by Jerry Brassfield. The next owner was Robert Love, President of the Pacific Military Museum. Love donated the Mustang to EAA in 1977, painted as "PAUL I" in honor of EAA Founder Paul H. Poberezny. Paul flew the P-51 at many air shows and fly-ins over the years, including racing at Reno. In 2003 “Paul I" was retired to the EAA AirVenture Museum in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.

Now available on My Mediafire or AVSIM later on.

Salud.

I really hope you enjoy it. It's taken a long time.

A special thanks goes to Jeff Michael for letting me take some detail shots of difficult areas like the N-number, and the "In Memory Of" on the starboard gear strut cover, and for inviting me to sit in the cockpit. Also thanks to James V. Dingell III for some of the high quality photos used to help me make it perfect.

they links aren't working anymore, I would love to add this p-51 Obsession into my hangar.
