Hangar 11 recently presented their new paint scheme "Tall in the Saddle." This mustang actually saw service under the Tuskegee Airmen during the war and now its back in its original colours. It would be great if this could be added to the A2A Mustang, along with alternate updated paint Scheme of Jumping Jacque. (Tom Weiss Request.) Would you also be able to add the Pilot Yellow Flack Jacket? Would make it more unique!

I see a lot of beautiful work from all the painters here. Some awesome work!

It leads me to ask if there is anyone that can paint Col. C. E. "Bud" Anderson's P-51D, "Old Crow"
He was my "boss" when I was stationed with the 355 TFW.

This is a web page with a ton of pictures you may use for reference.

38TH FS Big Beautiful Doll

Post by Mustang472218 »

Has anyone made a repaint for the military mustang to replicate Col. John Landers early Big Beautiful Doll? If not I'd like to request for the repaint to be made. Thanks all. :)

Excallibur III hanging in the Udvar Hazy Center for the Civilian Mustang. Nearly all red with a chrome prop! A vintage racer that also flew long distance over the arctic between Europe and US.
