Long-standing Kollsman window bug in P-51 civ

This bug seems to have slipped through the cracks ever since the P-51 civ was released. At night with the UV instrument lights turned on, the texture for the Kollsman window in the altimeter is "frozen," i.e. it doesn't move when you adjust the knob. It works fine when the UV lights are off. Can this be addressed in the next Updater?
