Optional Leather Interiors

Post by Al FR-153 »

These are interior seat textures for the A2A C172R aircraft. They will not work in other aircraft.

Simply copy the two files c172_C1.dds and c172_c8.dds into the desired texture set for which you want to use the seats
shown in the photos. Start Flight Sim and enjoy the leather seating. These will replace the default seating that you
currently see for the aircraft you specifically select to use them in. It will not change the default or custom seating you
have installed in other aircraft.

I might add that I personally think that the Red on White looks nice in N88LL by Michael's Paintshop (UnixRoot) http://a2asimulations.com/forum/viewtop ... 07&t=35802 I did my own painting (not just a number change) of N88LL with my own tail number (used on all my aircraft) and it looks as though it were custom made for the bird, because at least in my case, it was.

Added to the library is this Two Tone - Tan with Darker Brown inset panels. The interior skin of the 172 has also been changed to a buff or tan color to compliment the leather interior. This is from a photo extracted from the internet and made as photo-realistic as I can make it. The original photographer is not credited, therefore I can not credit him/her here. The photo was modified to fit the A2A stock seats.

Simply copy the dds files into the desired texture set for which you want to use the seats
shown in the photos. Start Flight Sim and enjoy the leather seating. These will replace the default seating that you
currently see for the aircraft you specifically select to use them in. It will not change the default or custom seating you
have installed in other aircraft.

Looks good, would like to see one in gray though, slightly darker than the previous gray interior you released.

None, I created them and layered them into the headrest.

I did one in darker gray and black (see above). Haven't done anymore in gray since.

I've been trying to find the file that has the headrest texture but I am not seeing it for some reason.

It is on the C1 texture. If you have Photoshop, I can send you the texture with the logo on it later today. Not sure if it is the A2A , Cessna, or both, right now, I will have to look.

I downloaded this file but I am seeing the A2A embossed on the seat and not the cessna logo.
