Finally got a day off to enjoy the Comanche, with the N7727P paint job. First off I want to thank the folks at A2A for this great model of the 250, I've waited a long time for someone to do it justice and that you certainly have. Secondly I'd like to thank Al Heline for is picture perfect paint job of 27PAPA and his attention to detail asking questions about things on the plane that I didn't even consider, so Al thank you again. Now it's off to recreate some flights in the bird Blue Skies Jim

This one is a total BRIBE for our friends to the north. Bribery in that we are in hopes that they will keep the cold weather and snow up there and not send it our way, AND they will be kind to the Chicago Blackhawks this season.....

When I load up the Comanche in this livery, the Attitude Indicator is dead. and the outside sounds are all gone.

A repaint cant do that so I you will want to investigate why the aircraft is not working on your system.

Nothing is ever done with the model dynamics or the sound of the aircraft for repainting. As Lewis says, you may want to check other paints, including those that came with the Comanche initially.

Thanks Lewis. I'll let you know in March or April if the BRIBE worked.... I have serious doubts though.

Ye of little faith. If our Northsiders can put up 8 runs (6 of them homers) in a Division playoff game, I've little doubt that the Hawks will follow suit and make this a back-to-back run for the Cup. (Granted, the wind was blowin' pretty good yesterday straight out of home plate, but that's beside the point).

That said, I agree with the rest of the intended bribe. Chicago winters have become a little more brutal than I'm willing to tolerate for much longer. There are place in the world where they don't have to put up with the cold, gray, 6-month-long bucket of you-know-what that I think just moved into town last night.

I really like the beautiful wood instrument panels you created for the Comanche and would like to use the darker one with another repaint. If I download your repaint, would I be able to extract and use just the wood panel? Thanks very much. Jeff
Try to not quote images in your reply. When you reply with quote just delete the lines that say /IMG etc

Anyway yes it's totally possible. Copy the VC1.dds file from the folder you want into the texture folder you're going to use the new VC paint with.
Hi. I didn't see any IMG lines here, so hopefully no photos will accompany this reply. Thanks a lot for the information. I just saw your comment. Jeff
