Unable to tune Nav radio right of decimal

Recently purchased A2A 172, with mouse pointer can not tune .MHz--planes that are standard with PP3Dv5 work fine.
Whole numbers in the nav radio work.

Hello,

You can use your mouse scroll wheel to rotate the inner knobs on the NAV/COM radios and some of the other avionics. The left click action is reserved for pushing in and pulling out the inner knob.
