Launch C172 with GPS
Launch C172 with GPS
Sorry for my maybe silly question, but how do I launch the C172 Accu Sim Trainer WITH (the default) GPS on P3D V4.5?
Re: Launch C172 with GPS
Welcome to the forum klw2605!
That option is selectable in the Comanche Aircraft Configurator under A2A in the start menu. This I where you can select whether the airplane will load with a GPS and which model; either the default version or a couple of payware versions
Cheers,
Rob

Re: Launch C172 with GPS
Thanks for the fast answer. However, I tried the aircraft configuration several times before, it just prompts that changes will be applied with the next start of P3D, but in fact it has no effect at all. The same problem exists with my A2A Piper Cherokee.
For curiosity I installed the FSX version of the C172 in my old FSX-Installation and there I have the GPS nicely integrated. Any idea what could be wrong with my P3D / A2A intsallation?

Do you have the GPS enabled in the Shift 3 menu?
Re: Launch C172 with GPS
I just found out that I have to switch also in the Mini Control Panel to GPS. Thats what you mean bei Shift + 3 Menu. It works now, thanks a lot for your response. "Problem" solved.
