I purchased Accu-Feel v2 several years ago and could always redownload it from the PC Aviator website, now the website download is replaced with a link to this website for technical support, A2A simulations, how can I get access to the download I purchased?

Yes, all the purchase information is there, but the download link I always used to redownload is replaced with a link to A2A website, the accu-feel I purchased is for FSX. Bob

Sounds like that may just be an error with the PC Aviator webstore in that case Bob. Links to the old FSX products may have become broken or something. Your best bet is probably to contact them via the form on their website: https://www.pcaviator.com/store/help.ph ... ode=update.

If you don't have any joy with this, please let us know and we'll sort you out with an installer.

I never heard back from PC Aviator, I think they don't want to get involved with outside parties that purchased download items that no longer list on their website, maybe they feel a loss of revenue, apparently Accu-Feel for FSX was sold to A2A, could you please let me get an installer as mentioned, I did purchase the item and could text or e-mail a copy of the invoice purchase from the PC Aviator website if needed, otherwise the order number for the item on their website is # 107661 purchased Oct 13, 2013 for $19.99. Hi Lewis, I finally got access to the download, I had a little difficulty getting in, I was unable to get logged in and in trying to reset my password e-mails were not coming thru for the reset, I retried again today and finally received the reset email and found the download, Thanks for your help you've been most helpful and makes me glad I've done business with your website as I own the Cessna and love the attention to detail in the operation and function of the Aircraft systems, it is one of my favorites and a simulated Aircraft dream come true. Thanks again Bob!
