My purchase does not show up in "my orders"

Friends,

I purchased this excellent aircraft on Sept 24, 2013 from your website. Used it and flew it for years, until my flight sim computer was basically the victim of a lightning strike.

The transaction ID was 2US29443T8424274L.

I have finally gotten my act together and am reinstalling everything to my NEW computer, but when I go to the "My Order" section of your website, this purchase is not listed, so I cannot redownload the aircraft.

Can you help me with this?

We moved to a new web store back in 2018, so as your purchase was made before then, we'll need to manually transfer the order to the current store. Please check out this topic for more info on how to initiate this process.
