I have recently experienced some weird sound artifacts. I have replicated the issue on two different PCs with a completely clean install of MSFS 2020 with no other addons at all. To replicate please do the following in this order:
Load up the Comanche at KFSD rwy 21 with engine running
Choose Cold and Dark from the tablet.
Remove control locks, tiedowns, pitot cover and choks from the tablet
Master switch on.
Fuel pump on
Headset on with ANR enabled.
Magnetos both
Left main tank on
Mixture rich
Prime engine 3 to 4 times
Starter activate
Once engine starts:
Release parking brake
Throttle full open
Once the airplane accellerates down the runway I get these sound distortions as if the sound of the wheels' friction against the runway surface are way to loud compared to the other sounds. Once in the air, the sound is normal.
The issue is periodic, however, the above sequence seems to reproduce it more often than not. It happens at other airfields as well.
I haven't had this issue before now. And I have flown the Comanche since its release. Please let me know if you can reproduce it and if you have a solution.
