Hi there,

I have just bought via ORBX the C182 Professional. However when I compare the specs. of this version with the Academic, the're both the same. But the professional version cost me $131.89 and the Academic version is $82.28. Almost $50 cheaper.

Can you explain me what the differende is, please? Also the interior are both the same.

I am looking forward to a reply.

The Professional version is for use with the Professional version of P3D, the Academic for use with the Academic version. Otherwise they're identical.

As Ratty said, it's all down to what license you can use. use the same license system as Lockheed Martin.

I understand now. But I was not aware of talking about the Prepa3rd version; Prof or Academic. This was confusing me, otherwise I would not have bought this one.
