The second leg takes us out of Las Vegas, across the top left corner of Arizona and into Utah. A trip through this part of the world should include spectacular Zion Canyon, so we make a small detour to take a look. (Warning: real mountains.) After rejoining the freeway at Cedar City we continue generally northward to land at Spanish Fork, just south of Provo on the shores of Utah Lake.
